HomeWise Plumbing & Drainage is a family-owned and operated business started by David Topelko, who’s been serving the commercial and residential plumbing needs of the Sooke and Greater Victoria areas for several decades. We have an award winning, professional, experienced and expert staff. In fact, our apprentices have received the top marks at Camosun during their trades training to become journeyman red-seal plumbers – a recognized standard of excellence across Canada for trades training. Our mission is to make sure our customers are completely satisfied. We use the highest quality products available and make sure our customers understand what they’re receiving for their money. HomeWise Plumbing & Drainage is lead by David Topelko, who dreamt of bringing honest and affordable plumbing to the residents of Victoria and Vancouver Island. He started what was once known as Plumb-Perfect Plumbing & Drainage. The name has now changed, but Dave continues to lead this amazing group of plumbing technicians. Our mission is to maintain our position as the go-to plumbing and drainage service in Victoria and all of Southern Vancouver Island. We do this by providing the highest quality plumbing service around. To that end, we retain staff who show integrity and a courteous demeanour. Our plumbing professionals are trained in all aspects of the plumbing trade, from simple clogged toilets to whole house repipes – our team can handle every job, big or small.
